The pre-seen gives you context - but your exam question will be based on new information provided on the day.
Do I need to learn models and theories off by heart?
No. Models offer a framework - you're not required to name, explain, or even use them.
Is there one correct answer the examiner is looking for?
No. As long as your answer makes commercial sense and addresses the problem - you'll get the marks.
